To clean out wax after it burns down, turn your hair dryer to low heat and melt the remaining wax from the glass, pop off the wick tab and wipe the glass with dry paper towel wiping all the food graded wax off, then simply and carefully wash the glass with warm Dawn dish detergent and enjoy your first drink from your Elegant Crystal Glass. Please do not place it in the dishwasher, handwash only. 

If you are returning your Crystal Glass for a wax refill, you need not worry about cleaning remaining wax out. We will handle that for you..
